Marketplace

These rules apply to everyone using GGmarket. They complement our Terms of service and help keep listings accurate, transactions fair, and the community safe. They include detailed standards for listing quality, conduct, anti-fraud behavior, and enforcement expectations.
Listings must be clear enough that a reasonable buyer can understand exactly what is being purchased.
Repeated listing inaccuracies may result in temporary listing freezes, reduced search exposure, or mandatory pre-approval before new items are published.
You may not use the platform to sell, advertise, or facilitate:
We may maintain a more specific prohibited-items list in-product. When in doubt, ask support before listing.
Some item categories may be conditionally allowed only with added verification, stricter delivery proof, or jurisdictional restrictions.
Professional, respectful communication is required in listings, DMs, reviews, disputes, and support tickets.
We use automated and manual detection for manipulation patterns and may retroactively reverse benefits obtained through abuse.
Good-faith security research is welcomed when coordinated responsibly and without user harm, service degradation, data exfiltration, or extortion.
We may, at our discretion:
Actions are not always public. Where appropriate, we will notify you of the reason and any appeal path your deployment supports.
Enforcement decisions can be based on listing metadata, transaction telemetry, communication records, prior violations, and legally required actions. In urgent safety cases, we may act first and notify afterward.
If you believe enforcement was in error, contact us through Contact with your username, relevant listing or order IDs, and a concise explanation. Include evidence where possible. We review appeals in good faith but reinstatement is not guaranteed.
We may update these rules to reflect new risks, legal requirements, or product changes. Continued use of the Service after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised rules, subject to any additional notice required by law.
Material updates can include expanded prohibited categories, revised evidence requirements, new seller verification standards, or additional buyer-protection workflows.
