Getting started

Create an account with a valid email address and complete verification steps. Browse the marketplace without signing in, then log in to access checkout, messaging, wallet activity, and seller tools.

Review the Marketplace rules and Terms of service so you understand eligibility, prohibited items, and how disputes are handled.

Buying

Finding items: Use search, category or game filters, and curated discover sections (trending, popular, top sellers) to narrow results. Open a product page for full description, price, and seller information.
Cart and checkout: Add items while signed in. Top up your marketplace wallet first (card or crypto when enabled), then checkout debits that balance — it does not charge your card per item or pay the seller directly. Your total includes any platform fee. Confirm delivery format (e.g., key, file, in-game transfer) before you buy.
After purchase: Delivery timing depends on the listing and seller. If something does not arrive or does not match the description, message the seller first; if the issue is not resolved, escalate via support with order details.
Chargebacks and fraud: Filing an improper chargeback can lead to account restrictions. Report suspected fraud through Contact with evidence.

Selling

Becoming a seller: Enable seller capabilities in settings if your role allows it, then use My market (or equivalent) to create listings, set prices, and manage inventory.
Listing quality: Use accurate titles, clear images, and honest descriptions. State region locks, platform requirements, and any redemption limits. Misleading listings violate our rules and may be removed.
Fulfillment: Deliver promptly in the manner described. Respond to buyer messages professionally. Keep records of delivery in case of disputes.
Fees and payouts: Each sale includes a platform fee deducted before funds credit your seller wallet after escrow release. Withdrawing to bank, PayPal, or other rails uses your payout settings and provider timing.

Wallet, payments, and settings

Payment methods: Add and verify payment methods only through official in-app flows. We will never ask for your full card number or password by email.
Profile and notifications: Update email, display name, and preferences in settings. Review notification settings so you do not miss order or message alerts.
Payment return URLs: After external payment flows, you may land on a return page — wait for confirmation before closing the tab; refresh only if instructed.

Account security

Use a unique, strong password and do not reuse it from other sites.
Enable two-factor authentication when your deployment supports it.
Sign out on shared devices and report suspicious login emails or account changes immediately.

Troubleshooting

Cannot sign in: Reset password via the login page; check spam for verification mail; ensure caps lock is off.
Images or pages not loading: Try another browser, disable conflicting extensions, and check network or VPN settings.
API or backend errors: Confirm the backend URL and environment configuration match your deployment; see project README for local development setup.
