Report fraud, harassment, suspected stolen goods, phishing, or policy violations through the same support channel with the subject line "Trust & Safety" and as much evidence as you can share (screenshots, URLs, timestamps). We treat credible reports seriously and may take action on accounts or listings consistent with our Marketplace rules.
Data subject requests, law enforcement inquiries, and DMCA or other intellectual-property notices can be sent to thewalterpower@gmail.com. Clearly label the nature of the request and include statutory requirements where applicable.
Buyers may use in-platform messaging for delivery questions. Sellers may also publish a public support email or link on their profile; platform staff do not mediate every buyer–seller conversation unless a dispute or policy issue is escalated.
