Top up your marketplace wallet with a card or crypto (when enabled), then pay for listings from that balance. Checkout does not charge your card per item or pay sellers directly — funds move through the platform until delivery is confirmed.

Delivery time depends on the listing type and seller. Many items are fulfilled in minutes via order-scoped chat or automated delivery. Check the product page for stated delivery format and timing before you buy.

Listings show seller ratings, review volume, and verification signals so you can compare before checkout. Sellers must follow marketplace rules; misleading listings can be removed and accounts restricted.

Message the seller in the order thread first with details and screenshots. If the issue is not resolved, contact support through the help center with your order reference so we can review escrow and delivery status.

Each completed sale includes a platform fee deducted before funds credit your seller wallet after escrow release. Payouts to bank, PayPal, or other rails follow your payout settings and provider timing.
